We intend to offer you the best and convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside and we will be delivering the products through our own and through third-party logistics service providers. We have tie-ups with a third-party logistic service provider who shall undertake to provide us with the shipment and delivery services for the order placed through our Website.

“Shipment time” shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our warehouse and shall be handed over to the third-party logistics service provider for delivery to you.

“Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the third-party logistic service provider to deliver your order to you in either whole or part.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The shipping usually takes about 1 to 4 business days from the time you make final payment for the product.
  • Once the product is shipped and handed over to the logistics service provider, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the product to be delivered at your location.
  • The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 7-10 business days that shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the logistics service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. The approximate delivery time shall be informed to you.

  • The delivery agent assigned by the logistics service provider may contact the customer on call, email or SMS before arrival.
  • The delivery is free for most of the products on the Website, however we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 599. We also charge a small fee on COD orders. On orders upto INR 549 we charge INR 85 and on orders above INR 549, we charge INR 50. The User shall check the delivery charges before placing any order.
  • As per the Government directives, we are now delivering the orders to serviceable pin codes in the following places:
    Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Bangalore, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
  • For places not included in the aforementioned list, you might experience some delay in shipment. Your orders are packed and waiting to be dispatched until we receive further notice from the Government. We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery. Further, we will not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the logistics service provider.
  • The Website shall display an estimated delivery time on the order summary page with a tracking link. The delivery shall be assumed to be completed when the tracking link provided by the logistics provider shows complete.
  • You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time upon placing the order.
  • The service provider may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather flight delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.
  • We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, you may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by you for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we may undertake to deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to the availability of stock.
  • If you wish to get delivery to different addresses, then you shall be required to purchase the products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. You agree that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by you.
  • We will not be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to a delay in delivery.
  • You cannot cancel the order even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery.
  • We do not allow any exchanges/return or refund regarding the products once sold to the customer nor can the customer return the order to the delivery person.
  • We will however undertake to accept your request for replacement if the delivery obligations are fulfilled by you as specified in the Return and Cancellation Policy.
